AVITROL PLUS BIRD WORMER 100 TAB
$20.65A convenient and broad spectrum bird wormer that controls thread, caecal, round, gape, gizzard, and important tapeworms in caged birds. Avitrol Plus syrup can be added to the drinking water, or dosed directly to the bird’s beak. Avitrol tablets provide a secure method of dosing individual birds. Available in 100 tablet bottles, 100mL dropper packs, and economical 2 litre aviary packs.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Administer orally directly into the throat at the rate of Levamisole hydrochloride 40mg/Kg body weight and Praziquantel 8mg/Kg body weight, as follows:
250 to500g bodyweight. ½ tablet.
500 to 750g body weight 1 tablet.
750g to 1Kg body weight. 1½ tablets.Do not feed Birds for 24 hours before or three hours after treatment. All birds in the same loft or cage should be treated and the loft or cage cleaned and disinfected three days after treatment.
